About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure, networking, and database systems
  • Implement and monitor security protocols
  • Manage and refine CI/CD pipelines
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of system architecture
  • Debug and resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain tools and processes
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate, integrate, and operationalize AI tooling
  • Work closely with software engineers, DevOps, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and operational support
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of systems, processes, and configurations
  • Actively seek opportunities to innovate and improve the efficiency and security of our platform

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of experience in platform engineering, infrastructure management, or a similar role
  • Professional experience building APIs and writing scripts
  • Strong technical expertise in cloud services, networking, and/or database management
  • Solid understanding of security protocols and operational best practices
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
  • Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements, including ISO, SOC, or other relevant certifications
  • Preferred: Experience with Elasticsearch and SQL
  • Preferred: Familiarity with AI/ML tooling, LLM integrations, or cross-functional AI enablement initiatives
