About the role

  • You'll be embedded in 1-2 product pods (Ads, Fundraising, Email, Integrations, or Usability)
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to design experiences that serve nonprofit professionals
  • Own end-to-end design for your pod's initiatives
  • Work from early discovery through implementation while collaborating with our Senior Product Designer
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
  • Create design specifications and documentation that bridge design intent with technical implementation
  • Explore AI-assisted design workflows and experiment with design-to-code tooling

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of product design experience, ideally in SaaS, B2B, or workflow-heavy products
  • Strong end-to-end design skills including user research, interaction design, visual design, and usability testing
  • Proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and design system work
  • Cross-functional collaboration ability with demonstrated experience working closely with engineers and product managers
  • Technical fluency: Understanding of front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, component architecture)
  • Systems thinking: Ability to work within and evolve design systems while maintaining consistency
  • Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving process, design decisions, and impact of your work.
