About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Capture and analyse detailed client requirements through meetings, calls and email, and document them in an agreed format
- Translate requirements into the appropriate combination of FE fundinfo services and advise clients on practical solutions
- Handle service, module and product configuration tasks, including document template creation and styling
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Data Relationship Managers to keep delivery aligned
- Provide third-line support and ongoing configuration changes for existing client services
- Share client feedback and product development ideas with product teams
- Build deep product knowledge across modules
- Mentor junior colleagues and broaden skills across Waterfall, Agile and Scrum delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience as a Business Analyst, including capturing, analysing and documenting requirements
- Good technical knowledge or background
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working directly with external stakeholders
- Fluent English to C1 level
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
