About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, building strong stakeholder relationships and supporting retention and growth
  • Understand client needs and challenges, provide tailored solutions, and ensure clients maximise the value of FE fundinfo’s products and services
  • Identify, qualify and progress upsell and cross-sell opportunities, maintain accurate pipeline information, and support revenue growth
  • Manage contract renewals, pricing discussions, amendments and cancellations, accurately recording client activity, actions and opportunities in Salesforce
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product and Data teams to deliver client solutions, support new business activity and achieve positive commercial outcomes
  • Monitor account performance, pipeline activity and client risks while maintaining product, industry and market knowledge

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–4 years of experience in account management, customer success, relationship management, pre-sales or a similar client-facing commercial role
  • Experience understanding client needs, identifying opportunities and recommending value-delivering solutions
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in financial services and technology
  • Experience in financial software, data feeds, APIs or similar solutions is an advantage
  • Commercially minded and proactive
  • Confidence identifying opportunities, improving processes and building long-term client relationships
