About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build, populate, and automate HR Dashboards to support HR reporting dashboards
- Provide system administration support for ongoing HRIS transformation
- Work with the internal AI Transformation Team to plan and build automation and AI solutions
- Analysing people data and presenting insights that support informed decision-making
- Adhere to all general security responsibilities as documented in the company security policy
Requirements
What you’ll need- at least 3 years of experience in data analysis, ideally working with HR-related data and metrics
- strong experience creating, analysing, and communicating data insights to a variety of stakeholders
- proficient in Tableau and Power BI, with experience designing and developing impactful dashboards and reports
- experience using AI tools such as Claude.ai, Microsoft Copilot, and Copilot Studio
- experience working with HRIS platforms and possess advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
