About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leading user research activities including interviews, usability testing, and discovery sessions with IFAs and wealth managers.
- Translating research insights into actionable design decisions that inform product strategy.
- Creating wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to test and communicate solutions.
- Designing intuitive user interfaces aligned with business needs and technical constraints.
- Building and maintaining design systems, components, and standards for consistency across products.
- Collaborating with Product, Engineering, and global UX teams to deliver user-focused solutions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You will have experience in UX research, UX design, or a hybrid role combining both disciplines.
- You will be confident conducting user research and synthesising findings into clear insights.
- You will have strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- You will be able to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that clearly communicate design intent.
- You will have experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
