About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing and growing a portfolio of strategic client and partner accounts, ensuring long-term retention and revenue growth.
- Developing and executing strategic account plans that drive commercial outcomes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Building strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner and primary point of contact.
- Identifying and delivering upsell and cross-sell opportunities while managing contract renewals and negotiations.
- Collaborating with internal teams such as Sales, Product, Marketing and Operations to align solutions with client needs.
- Monitoring account performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and using Salesforce to track activity and drive actions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You will have strong experience managing key client accounts and building strategic relationships within a commercial environment.
- You will be confident presenting, influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
- You will be able to interpret client data and translate insights into clear, commercially focused actions.
- You will demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- You will be self-motivated, results-driven and confident working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
