About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Managing and growing a portfolio of strategic client and partner accounts, ensuring long-term retention and revenue growth.
  • Developing and executing strategic account plans that drive commercial outcomes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Building strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner and primary point of contact.
  • Identifying and delivering upsell and cross-sell opportunities while managing contract renewals and negotiations.
  • Collaborating with internal teams such as Sales, Product, Marketing and Operations to align solutions with client needs.
  • Monitoring account performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and using Salesforce to track activity and drive actions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You will have strong experience managing key client accounts and building strategic relationships within a commercial environment.
  • You will be confident presenting, influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
  • You will be able to interpret client data and translate insights into clear, commercially focused actions.
  • You will demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • You will be self-motivated, results-driven and confident working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
