About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Accompanying our customers as they transition from sales prospects to active users of our products.
  • Focusing on customer loyalty and building close long-term relationships.
  • Proactively looking out for our customers’ business, suggesting new and innovative ways to keep them succeeding with our products.
  • Keeping up to date with our range of products and our customers’ business needs to make relevant suggestions and recommendations.
  • Monitoring and ensuring our customers consistently use our products and services to get the most value out of them.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to connect our customers’ needs with our products and services development strategy.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You will ideally have a background in the fund industry, preferably within the asset management, wealth, or advisory sectors, and/or experience in B2B customer success or client relationship management
  • Having a product or tech background will be considered (experience as a BA or in a product-focused role is a plus)
  • You should have the ability to influence, negotiate, and persuade.
  • You must possess strong relationship-building skills.
  • You must be resilient and able to navigate challenges effectively.
  • You must have strong analytical skills and a good level of proficiency in Excel (part of the MS Office suite).
