Investment Consultant

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Preparing for and participating in client and investment committee meetings, supporting discussions with insights and analysis.
- Managing and developing relationships with nominated clients, acting as a key point of contact for investment‑related matters.
- Producing client materials, including presentations, reports, RFP responses, and portfolio commentary.
- Supporting portfolio execution, monitoring performance, and ensuring alignment with mandate compliance and investment strategy.
- Conducting research on fund managers and asset classes, maintaining up‑to‑date market knowledge and contributing to manager selection.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including sales and portfolio management, to support client solutions and business development activities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You will have 5–10 years of experience in consulting, investment research, financial planning, or funds management.
- You will have a strong interest in financial markets, with knowledge of asset allocation, portfolio construction, and investment structures.
- You will demonstrate excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with confidence engaging clients and stakeholders.
- You will be highly organised, with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- You will hold a finance‑related degree, and you may also have postgraduate or industry qualifications such as CFA, FRM, or CAIA.
