Key responsibilities & impact

Designing, implementing, and managing a secure, scalable, and resilient Azure infrastructure with a strong focus on Kubernetes (AKS).
Building and maintaining automation frameworks to enable efficient deployment, monitoring, and management of platform services.
Partnering with software engineering teams to embed CI/CD-friendly design patterns and support continuous integration and deployment practices.
Ensuring high availability, disaster recovery, and fault tolerance across all platform services.
Embedding security best practices throughout the infrastructure to mitigate risks and protect services.
Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to continuous improvement through documentation and operational excellence.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You will have a minimum of 5 years of experience working with containerization, DevOps practices, and modern engineering tools.
You will demonstrate strong expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and hands-on experience managing Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
You will have solid experience with infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, ARM, or Bicep.
You will be proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python and comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines.
You will bring strong troubleshooting skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
