Client Business Analyst – Graduate & Early Career

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Capturing, analysing, and documenting client requirements across onboarding and implementation projects
- Translating business needs into effective product configurations and solutions
- Supporting or leading client interactions, including workshops, meetings, and project updates
- Configuring system modules and templates to meet client and business requirements
- Collaborating with Project Managers and Data teams to ensure successful delivery
- Supporting ongoing client services, including BAU requests and configuration updates
Requirements
What you’ll need- You may be starting your career or bring up to a couple of years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
- You will have an interest or experience in capturing and documenting business requirements
- You will have a good technical understanding and be comfortable working with systems and configurations
- You will have strong communication skills and enjoy working with both clients and internal teams
- You will be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment
