About the role
- Managing and growing a portfolio of existing client accounts, with clear objectives to retain and expand relationships.
- Acting as the primary relationship contact, building trusted connections with key executives and stakeholders.
- Leading contract renewals (including pricing discussions) and ensuring timely, transparent outcomes.
- Identifying and qualifying expansion opportunities with the Sales team and maintaining an accurate opportunities pipeline in Salesforce.
- Forecasting and tracking key account metrics in Salesforce, using MEDDPICC methodology to drive predictable results.
- Collaborating with Client Success Managers to identify account risks and implement clear At‑Risk plans through to positive resolution.
Requirements
- You are fluent in French and English (C1) and have excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- You can understand and interpret client data in a clear, commercial manner to inform decisions and recommendations.
- You are self‑motivated and thrive in a results‑driven environment, taking ownership to meet commitments.
- You demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem‑solving, approaching challenges with curiosity and professionalism.
- You pay keen attention to detail and deadlines and collaborate effectively with others, bringing a positive, “can‑do” attitude.
