About the role
- Managing and strengthening existing client relationships while implementing strategies to grow the FE Investments proposition through cross‑sell, upsell, and new‑business channels.
- Driving pipeline, bookings, and attaining targets through programmatic execution against the go‑to‑market plan.
- Collaborating with marketing and wider teams to generate demand and deliver a seamless client experience.
- Partnering with the regional Business Development Manager to support retention of assets and ensure a smooth client journey.
- Bringing the voice of the customer into the product roadmap to inform future developments.
- Adhering to general security responsibilities as documented in the company security policy.
Requirements
- You will have a proven track record in a fund or model portfolio service (MPS) sales environment.
- You will be working towards or already hold a recognised industry qualification to level 4.
- You will demonstrate consistent success in proactive client engagement and sales pipeline management.
- You will bring strong verbal and written presentation skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- You will use CRM systems effectively to manage clients and pipeline, including forecasting opportunity close dates and values.
