About the role
- Leading the production of high-quality research reports, providing detailed insights into managed funds and exchange traded investment strategies.
- Operating as the lead analyst in sector reviews, presenting findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitoring and evaluating the risk-adjusted performance of funds under your coverage, ensuring alignment with market trends and client needs.
- Staying informed on current issues, valuations, risks, and returns within your assigned sector.
- Collaborating with colleagues across research and consulting teams to deliver integrated investment solutions.
- Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of research outputs in line with monthly work schedules.
Requirements
- You must have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- You will have demonstrated experience in investment research, with a strong track record of producing high-quality reports and insights.
- You will bring proven research capability across Fixed Income, Multi-Asset, and Alternative strategies, with experience in assessing private market real estate and infrastructure funds considered highly advantageous.
- You should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling you to lead meetings and clearly convey complex investment ideas.
- You must have a deep understanding of risk-adjusted performance metrics and sector-specific investment dynamics, with experience using Bloomberg or similar financial data platforms.
- You will ideally hold or be working towards CFA certification and RG146 compliance, reflecting your commitment to professional standards in financial services.
