About the role

  • Validate the proper operation of developed products
  • Provide technical support to customers
  • Design manual and automated test cases based on specifications and product analysis
  • Execute verification and functional validation tests
  • Detect and analyze defects in collaboration with developers
  • Document test results and produce detailed reports
  • Provide training for internal or external customers as needed and create associated training materials
  • Provide assistance and technical support to customers, with occasional travel possible

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent (Bac+2 to Bac+3 / 2–3 years post-secondary) in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Prior successful experience in a similar role (testing, functional validation, software development, electronics, or IT)
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Methodical, rigorous, and able to work independently
  • Fluent written and spoken English
