About the role
- Validate the proper operation of developed products
- Provide technical support to customers
- Design manual and automated test cases based on specifications and product analysis
- Execute verification and functional validation tests
- Detect and analyze defects in collaboration with developers
- Document test results and produce detailed reports
- Provide training for internal or external customers as needed and create associated training materials
- Provide assistance and technical support to customers, with occasional travel possible
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent (Bac+2 to Bac+3 / 2–3 years post-secondary) in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Prior successful experience in a similar role (testing, functional validation, software development, electronics, or IT)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Methodical, rigorous, and able to work independently
- Fluent written and spoken English
