Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary financial partner for manufacturing operations
Take ownership of the plant’s financial integrity
Oversee the standard costing system
Perform deep-dive analysis on weekly/monthly production variances
Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting
Lead monthly inventory reconciliation processes
Manage the manufacturing close process including accruals and reconciliations
Partner closely with Plant Directors to develop annual budgets and forecasts.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field
2–5 years in Manufacturing Finance or Cost Accounting, with a heavy emphasis on financial statement preparation and account reconciliation
Proven experience as a Financial Analyst in a manufacturing or food industry setting
Proficiency in data analysis tools and Excel modeling, Power BI
Familiarity with ERP systems.
