About the role

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across corporate and leadership roles
  • Fill critical plant roles quickly through clear requirements, industry networking, and targeted searches
  • Manage multiple searches with urgency, prioritization, and disciplined follow-through
  • Track and influence key recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, quality of hire, offer acceptance, and early retention
  • Support broader talent management initiatives, including succession planning, internal mobility, and bench strength development

Requirements

  • Strong track record in full-cycle recruiting across professional, leadership, and/or operations roles
  • Effective intake and calibration sessions, quickly translating needs into a clear search strategy
  • Resourceful and strategic in direct sourcing, pipeline development, and market mapping
  • Ability to prioritize, push, and close searches to completion
  • Strong ownership, follow-through, and execution discipline
  • Comfortable influencing stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
