About the role
- Active and strategic B2B lead prospecting (clinics, laboratories, companies, partners) using LinkedIn, email, phone, and automation tools.
- Consultative qualification of leads based on profile, pain points, timing, potential usage, and fit with the SleepUp solution.
- Scheduling highly qualified meetings for the sales team (closers and sales leadership).
- Detailed logging of interactions, learnings, and opportunity signals in the CRM.
- Continuous collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Product, contributing to improvements in campaigns, messaging, and ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles).
- Monitoring and analysis of metrics such as contact rate, conversion, SQLs generated, meeting quality, and prospecting cycle.
Requirements
- Previous experience (2–4 years) as an SDR, Inside Sales, or Pre-sales.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, technology, or healthtech.
- Experience with CRMs (Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar) and prospecting tools.
- Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Health, or related fields.
