About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need

AIC, CCLA, SCLA designations, or equivalent course work or experience
Six years of recent, relevant, progressively responsible complex claims adjusting experience, emphasis on high exposure bodily injury claims and litigation
Two years in a leadership role with ability to effectively lead Major Case Unit
Current, active adjusters license in assigned jurisdiction
Advanced knowledge of insurance claim procedures, rules, systems, and regulations
Advanced knowledge of claim file management techniques and processes
Advanced knowledge of the judicial and legal systems
Knowledge of Construction Defect claims' coverage and defense issues
