Key responsibilities & impact

Learn to process all lines of commercial property and casualty business
Process Farm lines, a combination of personal and commercial business, within an assigned territory
Training includes quoting, issuing new and renewal policies, amending existing policies, cancellations, endorsements and evaluating policy files
Provide technical assistance to the underwriters
Assist agents in their efforts to write business

Requirements

What you’ll need

Knowledge of lines or coverages, rating rules and procedures
Strong attention to detail
Familiarity with virtual conferencing technology (MS Teams, Zoom, etc)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong commitment to customer service
The ability to learn through self-study, in addition to formal training
The ability to work independently
