About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You are responsible for the stable operation and strategic development of our digital system landscape.
You support and optimize our core platforms and systems (e.g., Business Central, Microsoft 365, learning platform) together with our service providers.
You digitalize and automate internal processes and introduce structured, cloud-based ways of working.
You manage external IT service providers and act as the central interface between business units, management and IT partners.
You analyze requirements, select suitable digital solutions and implement them independently.
You ensure IT security, data protection and system stability.
You are responsible for monitoring, reporting, support management and the documentation of central systems.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have an IT degree, vocational training or several years of solid practical experience in the IT/digital field.
You have very strong Microsoft 365 skills (SharePoint, Teams) and bring secure cloud expertise; you can technically assess Azure and Dynamics 365 Business Central.
You are proficient with complex system landscapes and think consistently in terms of interfaces and dependencies.
You have a solid foundation in IT operations and IT security (authorization concepts, hosting/server fundamentals, data security).
You think end-to-end, prioritize clearly and pragmatically bring together technology, business units and management.
