About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, maintain, and enhance investment products for high-net-worth clients.
Develop and support trading applications for investment products.
Design, implement, and maintain robust, scalable solutions.
Proactively monitor application and integration performance and availability.
Document processes and share best practices with the team.
Perform analyses and assist in design and development processes.
Provide support to ensure infrastructure availability and performance.
Conceptualize, specify, manage, and implement improvements and maintenance for high-availability web systems.
Identify IT solutions that add business value, reduce costs, and increase stability in transactional environments.
Identify and resolve issues together with the team.
Interact with multiple trading desks, stakeholders, and the bank's technology teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems (or equivalent).
Experience with Java, Node.js, Spring Boot, REST API integrations, and Oracle database.
Knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle and PostgreSQL (or similar).
Familiarity with Jenkins, Git, and Monday.com.
Experience with microservices architecture.
Knowledge of messaging systems such as Kafka and RabbitMQ (or similar).
Experience in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience with observability, performance, and scalability.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
Agile and organized.
Investigative mindset, sense of ownership, and proactivity.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
Availability to work on-site at the Faria Lima office in São Paulo.
