About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and support trading applications for investment products
Design, implement, and maintain robust, scalable solutions
Ensure continuity, efficiency, quality, and high performance of systems and integrations
Proactively monitor the performance and availability of applications and integrations
Document processes and share best practices with the team
Perform analyses and assist in the creation and development processes
Provide support to ensure infrastructure availability and performance
Design, specify, manage, and implement enhancements and maintenance for high-availability web systems
Identify IT solutions that add business value, reduce costs, and increase the stability of transactional environments
Identify and resolve issues together with the team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
Proficiency in Java, Node.js, Spring Boot, REST API integrations, and Oracle database
Experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, or similar)
Familiarity with Jenkins, Git, and Monday.com
Experience with microservices architecture
Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar)
Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Experience with observability, performance tuning, and scalability
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
Agile, organized, and able to manage priorities
Investigative mindset, sense of ownership, and proactivity
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
Availability to work on-site at the Faria Lima office in São Paulo
Nice-to-have: experience in financial services, investments, or banking
Nice-to-have: knowledge of Cloud (AWS), Datadog, Redash, Kubernetes, Docker, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and AI-driven automation
