About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Produce software in an AI-native way, driving agents and LLMs from specifications and retaining full technical ownership of the outcome
Specify, orchestrate, review and be accountable for code produced by humans and agents
Lead the Spec-Driven Development cycle, converting requirements into executable specifications and contextual artifacts such as /specify and /plan
Calibrate AI progressive autonomy according to risk and context maturity
Participate in Augmented Pull Requests, reviewing syntax, intent, acceptance criteria, technical decisions and functional impact
Contribute to the knowledge layer and reusable contexts, including skills, patterns, architectural decisions and connectors/MCPs
Apply architecture and engineering best practices to deliver clean, testable and maintainable code in monolithic and/or distributed systems
Contribute to automated testing and observability, including monitoring the quality and cost of AI outputs
Reduce rework and technical debt
Work in collaborative, value-driven teams using agile methodologies, code review, pair programming and mob programming
Share learnings and receive mentorship from more experienced professionals
Work in partnership with the largest construction company in Latin America, contributing to digital solutions, GenAI, Low Code and AI tools for the company

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 3 years of software development experience
Strong proficiency in Python and demonstrated ability to work across other technologies with AI assistance
Full-stack experience is a plus
Competence in Spec-Driven Development: write unambiguous specifications, decompose them into verifiable plans and define acceptance criteria
Context Engineering for LLMs: instructions, constraints, examples, tool/MCP selection and context-window control
Responsible use of Generative AI and agentive tools applied to development, with systematic human validation
Ability to evaluate, validate and correct AI-generated code and third-party code
Ability to write high-quality, well-structured and testable code, with strong OOP and/or design-principles knowledge
Experience with automated unit and/or integration testing
Use of Git for version control and collaboration via Pull Requests
Experience with SQL databases and fundamentals of data modeling
Experience with agile practices: Scrum, Kanban or XP
Plus: agent orchestration and MCPs/connectors; evaluation and observability of AI output; distributed architectures, microservices or messaging; CI/CD; cloud and containers; LlamaIndex; LangChain; RAG; Tools; MCP; Streamlit; asynchronous and parallel processes and queues; Pandas; N8N; SAP HANA automation; GCP; Azure DevOps
