About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and execute the program’s Change Management strategy
Conduct stakeholder analysis and mapping
Develop and implement a corporate communication plan
Design a leadership engagement strategy
Conduct organizational impact assessments
Manage resistance-mitigation actions
Develop a training and capacity-building plan
Define adoption and engagement metrics
Collaborate with PMO/VMO, business leaders and program squads
Support executive governance in decision-making related to organizational adoption
Lead the Organizational Change Management strategy in a corporate transformation program related to the Tax Reform
Ensure communication, engagement, enablement and adoption of changes
Operate in a cross-functional initiative involving more than 20 multidisciplinary squads and areas including technology, processes, compliance, tax, controllership, finance, procurement, legal, commercial, operations and other corporate functions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM)
Knowledge of methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR or similar
Excellent executive-level communication skills
Ability to influence across multiple organizational levels
Experience with large-scale corporate transformation programs
Experience in ERP implementation programs (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle or similar) is a plus
Experience in regulatory, fiscal or tax-related programs is a plus
Experience interacting with the Executive Board and Governance Committees
