About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify opportunities by acting as a consultative “trusted advisor” to senior management and C-level executives, uncovering and exploring their key challenges to develop solution or product opportunities with high adherence for mitigating/solving them.
- Build and develop long-lasting, successful relationships with the leading economic groups within the assigned segment.
- Plan and develop action strategies to identify and generate business opportunities related to relevant topics and processes in these companies.
- Serve as the primary interface between Sales, Delivery, and Operations, ensuring the technical and operational feasibility of solutions proposed to clients.
- Participate in strategic meetings with Account Executives and clients, supporting the development of value propositions and expansion strategies.
- Ensure delivery quality, risk management, client satisfaction, and account growth.
- Support the commercial team in identifying upsell, cross-sell, and contract expansion opportunities.
- Monitor delivery KPIs, operational capacity, resource allocation, and the performance of strategic accounts.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Engage and interact with client decision-makers at multiple levels (business units, operations, C-level, etc.).
- Experience with technical and consultative sales

- Bachelor’s degree (completed)
