About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support recruitment and selection processes by posting job openings, screening résumés and contacting candidates.
- Conduct initial competency-based interviews aligned with the requirements of the positions and the company.
- Assist in aligning candidate profiles with hiring managers, understanding the requirements of open roles.
- Monitor the selection processes in your portfolio with the support of leadership, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Schedule interviews, provide feedback to candidates and keep recruitment systems up to date.
- Support the administration and follow-up of assessments and technical tests when required.
- Assist with onboarding and integration processes for new hires, ensuring documentation is submitted and steps are followed.
- Contribute to organizing information, metrics and controls for the Recruitment and Selection area.
- Support the team in projects and initiatives aimed at continuously improving attraction and selection processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a university degree program, preferably in Psychology, Business Administration or Human Resources.
- Familiarity with recruitment and selection activities (sourcing, candidate mapping, internship and trainee programs).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical, critical-thinking and innovative mindset.
