About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Infrastructure team with the area's operational and administrative activities.
Assist in the preparation, configuration, and organization of desktops, laptops, and IT equipment.
Support the assembly of onboarding kits for new hires, ensuring all equipment and accessories are organized and ready for delivery.
Assist with delivering equipment, peripherals, and other IT supplies to employees, as well as receiving and inspecting returns when necessary.
Provide support for installing approved software, updates, and applications, always under supervision.
Assist in responding to low-complexity support tickets from internal users.
Assist in organizing and maintaining the inventory of equipment, assets, and IT supplies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in high school or a technical school.
Be between 14 and 24 years old, in accordance with the Young Apprentice program legislation.
Good communication skills, organized, and eager to learn.
Currently studying or interested in technical or vocational courses in IT, Networking, Infrastructure, or related fields.
