About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, develop and implement chatbots using artificial intelligence and natural language processing (NLP) technologies
  • Integrate chatbots with APIs and existing systems to ensure efficient data flow and a seamless user experience
  • Train machine learning models with relevant data to improve the chatbot's accuracy and effectiveness
  • Monitor and analyze chatbot performance, using metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvements
  • Create and maintain technical documentation related to chatbot development, integration and features
  • Collaborate with design, product and customer support teams to ensure the chatbot meets user needs
  • Perform testing to ensure the chatbot functions correctly across different scenarios and environments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience with Node and JavaScript/TypeScript (required)
  • Experience with Traditional and Agile methodologies (preferred)
  • Experience with Cloud platforms (preferred)
  • Basic English (preferred)
  • Programming language certification (preferred)
