About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop and implement chatbots using artificial intelligence and natural language processing (NLP) technologies
Integrate chatbots with APIs and existing systems to ensure efficient data flow and a seamless user experience
Train machine learning models with relevant data to improve the chatbot's accuracy and effectiveness
Monitor and analyze chatbot performance, using metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvements
Create and maintain technical documentation related to chatbot development, integration and features
Collaborate with design, product and customer support teams to ensure the chatbot meets user needs
Perform testing to ensure the chatbot functions correctly across different scenarios and environments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field (preferred)
Experience with Node and JavaScript/TypeScript (required)
Experience with Traditional and Agile methodologies (preferred)
Experience with Cloud platforms (preferred)
Basic English (preferred)
Programming language certification (preferred)
