About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deepen the understanding of current processes (AS-IS), identifying what still makes sense in the future scenario
- Assess redundancies, unnecessary complexities and friction points
- Propose simplifications and improvements focused on efficiency and user experience
- Design future flows (TO-BE), considering integration across systems and areas
- Ensure smooth execution of cross-functional processes between different areas
- Lead discussions with business areas to validate and refine flows
- Translate business needs into clear, structured processes
- Document processes and recommendations in an objective and organized manner
- Support project governance (schedule, status, risks and dependencies)
- Track deliveries, milestones and the progress of initiatives
- Facilitate communication between business areas and technical teams
- Manage risks, impediments and mitigation plans
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience in analyzing and optimizing existing processes
- Ability to critically review process flows and identify opportunities for simplification
- Knowledge of BPMN or similar notations
- Experience working across multiple areas (cross-functional / end-to-end perspective)
- Previous experience as a PMO or structured involvement in projects
- Knowledge of project management practices (scheduling, risk management, governance, tracking deliveries)
- Skill in conducting workshops and engaging with stakeholders
- Experience combining process and PMO responsibilities in the same context
- Experience in transformation projects or system migrations
- Knowledge of workflow/BPM tools (e.g., Sydle, ServiceNow, etc.)
- Experience in regulated environments or the financial sector
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Proactive, with an ownership mindset
- Ability to structure and organize complex scenarios
- Strong stakeholder alignment and cross-area coordination skills
- Execution-oriented profile, with a delivery and follow-up mindset
