Previous experience as a Tech Lead in development teams.

Proficiency in the languages: Java, TypeScript, C#, .NET and .NET Core.
Databases: Oracle and SQL Server.
Experience transforming monoliths into microservices.
AI development applied to enterprise systems.
Agile pipelines (CI/CD, DevOps).
Code review and quality best practices.
Information Security applied across the development lifecycle.
Integrations with internal and external systems.
Resilience to operate in mission-critical environments.
Ability to work under pressure in 24x7 operations.
