About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead Enterprise Architecture initiatives using the TOGAF framework.
- Model architectures using the ArchiMate notation, covering the Business, Application, Data and Technology layers.
- Conduct workshops and interviews with executives, managers and subject-matter experts to capture the current environment (As-Is).
- Develop the future architecture vision (To-Be), identifying opportunities for technological evolution and organizational transformation.
- Map business capabilities, macroprocesses, applications, integrations, data, infrastructure and IT governance.
- Produce Enterprise Architecture maturity assessments and support the definition of transformation strategies.
- Prepare GAP analyses, heatmaps, strategic recommendations and Transformation Roadmaps.
- Define Enterprise Architecture principles, standards and guidelines.
- Support the development of business cases for technology modernization initiatives.
- Collaborate with process, data, infrastructure, cloud and development specialists to define the target architecture.
- Ensure traceability between strategic objectives, capabilities, processes, applications and technologies.
- Produce executive-level documentation for presentation to senior leadership.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience in Enterprise Architecture.
- Practical knowledge of the TOGAF framework.
- Experience modeling with ArchiMate.
- Experience producing As-Is and To-Be architectures.
- Experience building Transformation Roadmaps.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
- Comfortable leading workshops and interviews.
- Analytical, consultative and problem-solving mindset.
