About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop and maintain complex flows in Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop/RPA) to automate operational and administrative workflows.
Integrate Artificial Intelligence capabilities into business processes, orchestrating native solutions (AI Builder, Azure OpenAI) and external APIs, with emphasis on the Claude family of models (Anthropic).
Apply generative AI for cognitive automation in complex routines, such as text review, structured data extraction from long documents (e.g., contracts, petitions, reports) and dynamic approval flows.
Collaborate with business areas to map repetitive routines, calculate operational efficiency gains and propose the optimal solution architecture.
Manage integrations of legacy systems, ERPs and APIs within the Microsoft Cloud environment (Azure, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams).
Ensure governance, information security and scalability of the developed automations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong, proven experience developing automations with the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
Hands-on experience in integration and prompt engineering with Claude (Anthropic), maximizing its context window for summarization and analysis of complex documents.
Experience using AI to automate processes via APIs (Azure OpenAI, Anthropic API, etc.).
Proficiency with the Microsoft Cloud environment (Azure, Entra ID, REST API integrations).
Knowledge of scripting or development languages (Python, C# or JavaScript) for scenarios where low-code is not sufficient.
Analytical and consultative mindset: ability to understand the operational "pain" before proposing tools, with a genuine focus on productivity.
Autonomy to work on end-to-end projects (from requirements gathering to deployment and solution support).
