About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, structure, and lead complex projects using the Waterfall methodology.
Develop detailed schedules, project plans, and progress reports.
Define scope, deadlines, costs, and quality, ensuring adherence to established objectives.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and align deliverables with internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor risks, propose mitigation plans, and ensure compliance with corporate standards and processes.
Manage vendors and contracts related to the project.
Report executive status to senior management, focusing on performance indicators (KPIs).
Ensure complete and formal documentation for all project phases.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience managing complex projects, preferably within large organizations.
Solid experience with the Waterfall methodology, including planning and execution of long-duration projects.
Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is desirable and will be considered a plus, but is not essential.
Preferred certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience in project budgeting and financial control.
Fluency in English will be considered an advantage.
