About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Architect and implement agentic AI solutions
- Design multi-agent architectures, tool-calling, memory, planning, and orchestration with LLMs
- Develop autonomous workflows integrating RAG, function-calling, embeddings, and reflection patterns
- Build guardrails and safety mechanisms for agents
- Conduct behavioral testing, red-teaming, and adversarial validation of agents
- Support technical documentation, risk assessments, and audit/compliance readiness
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, translating technical risks into business impact
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on experience with Python and development of AI/LLM-based solutions
- Strong knowledge of Generative AI: prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and model evaluation
- Hands-on experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel
- Familiarity with LLM observability, prompt injection mitigation, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Knowledge of AI Harness Engineering, SDD, and LLMOps
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent)
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect in complex corporate environments
- Practical experience in cloud environments and distributed architectures
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into viable technical solutions
- Strong technical communication skills for both technical and executive audiences
