About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and evolve APIs and microservices in Java
Build critical services for the client’s app
Ensure high performance, scalability and resilience of applications
Participate in technical decisions and solution architecture
Work on integration between internal systems and external partners
Operate in DevOps pipelines using CI/CD practices
Ensure code quality (unit and integration tests, coverage)
Support troubleshooting and incident resolution in production
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (product, QA, architecture, security)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience with:
- Java 8+ (preferably Java 11 or higher)
- Spring Boot / Spring Cloud
Experience with architectures:
- Microservices
- RESTful APIs
Knowledge of:
- Messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar)
- Relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.)
- Git (version control)
Experience with practices and tools:
- CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
- Automated testing (JUnit, Mockito)
- Familiarity with cloud environments (primarily AWS, GCP or Azure)
