About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Communicate with internal and external clients, understanding the needs and challenges of each project;
Participate in ideation, discovery, prototyping, and prototype validation phases;
Create wireframes, interactions, and clickable/navigable prototypes;
Apply your UX expertise across different device types and screen sizes;
Plan and conduct user research and usability testing;
Perform benchmarking;
Create blueprint maps;
Create and write user stories together with Product Owners (POs);
Understand metrics to improve the tools;
Continuously research and follow trends in digital design and usability.
