About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead complex migration projects from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, ensuring deadlines, budgets and quality.
Plan, monitor and control all project phases, from conception to final delivery.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (internal and external), fostering integration between business areas and IT.
Manage project risks, changes and critical dependencies.
Ensure compliance with project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, SAP Activate).
Report status and results to senior management and stakeholders.
Promote good practices in governance, documentation and knowledge management.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields.
Proven experience (minimum 8 years) managing large-scale projects, preferably in SAP environments.
Hands-on experience in migration or implementation projects for SAP S/4HANA.
PMP certification or equivalent (desirable).
Knowledge of SAP Activate and ASAP methodologies.
Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
Advanced English (spoken and written).
