Key responsibilities & impact

Lead discovery sessions with business, operations and technology teams.
Map AS-IS processes and propose TO-BE workflows using AI, automations and integrations.
Identify opportunities for efficiency, reduced rework and improved experience.
Prioritize initiatives based on impact, effort, risk and business value.
Structure backlog, user journeys, requirements and success criteria.
Support rapid prototyping using tools such as Lovable, Claude and similar platforms.
Collaborate with AI Engineers, UX, engineering and internal stakeholders.
Oversee validations, testing and the evolution of MVPs.
Measure gains and connect deliveries to tangible business outcomes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst or Product Consultant.
Strong process-mapping skills.
Experience with discovery, process mapping and backlog prioritization.
Practical knowledge of generative AI applied to business contexts.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Lovable or similar.
Ability to build simple business cases to prioritize initiatives.
Clear communication with business teams, technology and leadership.
Ability to work autonomously in unstructured environments.
Proactive, self-driven approach to lead processes, initiatives and projects.
Hands-on profile that gets things done.
Curiosity and a willingness to learn.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with automations in n8n or other low-code/no-code tools.
Experience in AI, automation, back-office, education or healthcare projects.
Knowledge of LGPD, privacy and safe use of AI.
Experience with TOTVS/RM, Protheus or educational systems.
Familiarity with Process Mining and BPMN.
