About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring scope, schedule, cost and quality targets are met.
- Act in crisis situations, leading problem resolution and decision-making with agility.
- Plan, monitor and control project activities, ensuring proper execution of deliverables.
- Manage and oversee allocated resources, promoting alignment and synergy across teams.
- Prepare, consolidate and present executive reports and periodic status updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure collection, organization and updating of project information, maintaining accurate controls and management records.
- Conduct regular follow-up, alignment and decision-making meetings.
- Identify, analyze and mitigate risks, escalating when necessary.
- Manage project changes, assessing impacts and ensuring proper control.
- Monitor delivery quality, ensuring compliance with standards and the adopted methodology.
- Ensure project governance by following established processes, guidelines and best practices.
- Track project progress and ensure continuous alignment with business objectives.
- Support and coordinate testing, validation and implementation phases of solutions.
- Ensure proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including formal records and lessons learned.
- Lead project closure, ensuring formalization of deliverables and transition to responsible areas where applicable.
- Promote clear and effective communication, ensuring stakeholder engagement.
- Proactively mitigate risks and resolve issues, anticipating scenarios and driving corrective and preventive actions.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, reviewing processes and implementing practices that raise governance, efficiency and project performance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced/Fluent English (required)
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience
- Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile frameworks and methodologies
- Certifications such as PMP, CSM, PSM or ASF (preferred)
