About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Discuss and seek to understand requirements gathering and process mapping with a focus on automating activities for RPA;
Conduct meetings and/or questionnaires and use existing inputs to understand the business context and the specific process;
Align with the client's team Product Owner (PO);
Implement automations using Python, low-code solutions, and other languages such as Java or scripting languages;
Create test scenarios for automation implementations;
Adopt deployment processes for QA and Production environments;
Create and maintain documentation, including up-to-date validation and acceptance evidence;
Monitor and support robotized processes;
Provide feedback to the project team regarding necessary adjustments to deliveries to mitigate or prevent production failures;
Follow monitoring and incident/crisis management workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with robotic automation platforms such as Automation Anywhere (preferred) or UiPath, Blue Prism, Bot City, and others
Experience in systems development using languages such as Python, Java, .NET / Microsoft technologies, or others
Knowledge of microservices development
Ability to analyze functional and technical requirements
Experience working with cloud providers such as AWS (preferred) or other cloud platforms
Experience building AI agents is desirable
