Designs, develops and evolves modern, distributed, resilient, and scalable applications in a cloud environment
Participates in technical decision-making
Ensures architectural quality, adherence to software engineering best practices, and the performance, security, and reliability of solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience with Java (17+) and Spring Boot
Experience with event-driven architectures and microservices
Solid experience with Kafka for messaging and asynchronous communication
Experience designing REST APIs (best practices, versioning, security)
Knowledge of architectural patterns (Clean Architecture, SOLID, DDD)
Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud
Proficient with Docker for creating and maintaining containers
Experience with orchestrated environments using Kubernetes
Experience configuring and automating CI/CD pipelines
Experience with observability (logging, metrics and monitoring)
Proficient in SQL on relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server)
Experience with data modeling and query optimization
Experience with performance strategies and tuning
Experience with unit testing and integration testing
Experience with load and performance testing (JMeter, K6)
Experience with SonarQube or static analysis tools
Experience with Git and versioning workflows (GitFlow)
Experience with GitHub (pull requests, code review, workflows)
Experience with application security (OAuth2, JWT, Azure AD)
Experience with React for building modern user interfaces
Frontend-backend integration with a focus on performance and UX
