  • The ideal candidate should have experience in complex corporate environments and across multiple sectors, moving easily between different industries and business contexts.
  • We are looking for someone with an analytical profile, market awareness, a sense of urgency, and a strong results orientation.
  • We also value professionals who take initiative, think critically, and adopt an innovative mindset, with strong negotiation skills, conflict management, and the ability to build long-term relationships, always focused on delivering value to the client and ensuring sustainable growth of the operation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience as an Account Hunter, Business Development professional, or in commercial roles within technology companies;
  • Commercial experience with staffing/resource allocation and selling fixed-scope projects;
  • Experience in active prospecting and acquiring new clients;
  • Experience across multiple sectors (Retail, Finance, Healthcare and other segments);
  • Experience with complex negotiations and consultative sales;
  • Knowledge of digital transformation and technology services;
  • Experience using CRM systems and managing a commercial sales pipeline;
  • Results-driven profile with strong relationship-building and business-generation skills;
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent completed;
  • Advanced English (a plus).
