About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver well-defined tasks with quality and within the agreed deadline.
  • Ask questions before getting stuck — don’t stay idle for hours without asking for help.
  • Write code that others can read and maintain.
  • Participate in code reviews both as reviewer and reviewee, and incorporate feedback.
  • Document what you did: useful comments, README, simple decision logs.
  • Grow consistently — the junior who advances quickly is the one who learns in public.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Knowledge of .NET / C# with an understanding of RESTful WebAPI and ASP.NET MVC.
  • Familiarity with SOLID principles and at least one Design Pattern applied in practice.
  • Ability to write basic unit tests and attention to code quality.
  • Exposure to ReactJS or Angular — have participated in at least one real project or module.
  • Basic operations in relational databases (SQL Server or PostgreSQL): queries, joins, simple modeling.
  • Conceptual knowledge of NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) — not required to be an expert, but should know what they are and when to use them.
  • Understand the concept of event-driven architecture and have heard of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Event Hub — even if only through study or coursework.
  • Daily use of Git: commits, branches, pull requests, resolving simple conflicts.
  • Basic understanding of CI/CD — know what a pipeline is, even without having built one from scratch.
  • Docker: able to run and understand a container. Kubernetes is not required.
  • Awareness of security best practices (not storing passwords in plain text, not exposing sensitive data).
  • Genuine interest in performance — not required to have solved complex problems, but should know how to ask the right questions.
