About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Respond to and qualify inquiries received via the website, chat, and WhatsApp, understanding each contact's profile and needs;
  • Research companies that make contact: investigate size, industry, market of operation, and other relevant information to enrich the commercial context before passing them to the sales team;
  • Match contact needs with FCamara's offerings, routing leads to the sales team when there is a fit;
  • Log and track interactions and opportunities in the CRM, keeping information up to date and enriched;
  • Support scheduling meetings and delivering qualified handovers to sales consultants;
  • Follow up with contacts still in evaluation, maintaining active relationships;
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify demand patterns and opportunities to improve the customer engagement process.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, Public Relations, Business Management, or related fields;
  • Strong verbal and written communication — you will be speaking with many people;
  • Investigative and organized profile: ability to research companies, understand context, and turn findings into commercial intelligence;
  • Attention to detail and eagerness to learn about commercial and marketing processes;
  • Proactive and willing to work with targets and metrics;
  • Genuine interest in technology and the B2B sales environment;
  • Previous experience (even informal) in customer service or sales is a plus;
  • Familiarity with a CRM tool (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus;
  • Basic English reading skills for reviewing materials are a plus.
