About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, evolve and maintain applications using PHP, Node.js and React.
Work on full-stack solutions, connecting backend, frontend, integrations and business rules.
Participate in technical and functional refinement sessions with the team.
Investigate issues autonomously, even in scenarios with incomplete information.
Propose technical, architectural and productivity improvements.
Use AI tools, especially Claude, to support development, code analysis, documentation and problem solving.
Support the team in delivering solutions with quality, speed and product-oriented thinking.
Collaborate with Tech Leads, Engineering, Product and business areas.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack development on production systems.
Degree in Computer Science, Software Development or related fields.
Strong experience in backend development with PHP.
Frontend experience with React.
Familiarity with Node.js.
Proficiency with APIs, integrations, databases and web application architecture.
Ability to analyze legacy code, map business rules and propose improvements.
Good practices in version control, code review, testing and technical documentation.
Practical experience using AI in software development.
Hands-on experience with Claude or similar generative AI tools applied to code.
Experience with AWS and/or GCP.
Familiarity with CI/CD, deployments, rollbacks, logging and production environments.
Understanding of containers, environment variables and configuration.
Openness to learn and occasionally work with new technologies.
High autonomy to investigate, learn and resolve problems.
