Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the employee hiring process, including:
Send hiring links and onboarding documentation;
Verify documents and validate information;
Schedule pre-employment medical exams;
Register and monitor records in eSocial;
Verify compensation in accordance with current legislation and internal policies.
Conduct onboarding presentations and integration for new employees.
Support mobilization and staff movement processes.
Provide administrative support related to hiring and integration.
Ensure deadlines and internal area processes are met.
Calculate vacation pay and submit for payment.
Organize and monitor vacation schedules with leadership, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields;
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Prior experience with hiring/onboarding routines;
Knowledge of eSocial;
Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
