Key responsibilities & impact

Lead overall execution of the initiative
Manage project schedule, milestones, risks and dependencies
Ensure stakeholder alignment and executive communication
Monitor project activities, KPIs and documentation
Support the project governance framework

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience in data/BI projects and migrations
Good knowledge of Power BI (or similar platforms), Office 365 and cloud architecture
Experience managing dependencies such as tenant, gateways, access and data sources
Familiarity with data integrations and multi-source environments
Excellent stakeholder communication skills (including fluent English, as the role will involve running meetings with global teams)
Experience with Agile/Kanban delivery models
Coordinate migration and configuration of Power Apps and Power Automate flows, including integrations (SharePoint, SQL, Outlook, Excel, Power BI)
Coordinate maintenance and adaptation of Excel files and reports, including data sources, formulas, macros and documentation
