About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Understand users' needs, business rules and technical constraints;
Establish delivery deadlines and ensure they are met;
Create medium- and high-fidelity prototypes;
Align design solutions with UX leadership and other departments;
Identify opportunities to standardize UI, UX and team processes and contribute to the evolution of the design system;
Deliver solutions for our internal and external users, seeking the best possible experience within the investment context (e.g., stock purchases, investment funds, fixed income, yields, interaction with advisors, etc.).

Basic knowledge of front-end web development;
English proficiency.
