About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and coordinate multiple development teams, providing technical guidance and support.
Ensure that code quality measures, performance, scalability, and application security are being applied across teams.
Collaborate with other teams such as UX/UI, QA, and DevOps to ensure an integrated and aligned delivery.
Participate in defining architecture and technical solutions, considering best practices and business needs.
Conduct code reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve quality and efficiency together with leadership or senior developers, and mapping action plans when necessary to meet company expectations.
Coordinate development activities, including planning, estimation, and prioritization of new projects.
Manage team performance metrics such as productivity, quality, and satisfaction.
Prepare and present periodic reports to the client.
Discuss requirements and technical solutions with clients, providing guidance and support.
Actively participate in crisis meetings such as war rooms, incidents, and problem resolution.
Participate in hiring and technical interviews.
Serve as the focal point for the development team, acting as a technical reference and mentor.
Provide regular feedback and reports on project status and areas of concern for FCamara leadership.
Execute POCs or test cases for internal initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience in full-stack development with a generalist profile, familiar with major languages and frameworks for back-end, front-end, and mobile development.
Back-end experience using major market technologies such as Java, Node.js, among others.
Front-end experience using leading technologies such as Angular, React and/or Vue.
Knowledge of containerization tools, primarily Docker.
Experience with databases, including data modeling, queries and performance optimization.
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a technical team.
Experience in project management, including planning, estimation and prioritization.
Experience in people management, including hiring, technical interviews and performance evaluations.
Excellent communication skills, ability to work collaboratively and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Knowledge of design patterns, software architecture and development best practices.
Experience preparing and presenting project reports to clients and internal leadership.
